Nelson Mandela University subscribes to *Research Professional, an online database of research funding opportunities and a source of international research policy and practice news.. This subscription enables authorised users to search for available content and set up email alerts to stay informed of new funding opportunities, as well as policy and research development news.
There are over 22 000 funding opportunities and 10 000 funders available on *Research Professional, from the largest research council to the smallest private charity; from big multi-centre collaborative grants to small travel grants and consultancy.
*Research Professional is useful for all academic staff, faculty administrators, library staff, campus principals, research office staff, postdoctoral and research fellows, as well as the DVCs and VC. For queries on access, contact Miss Jadine Januarie.
