Facilitator: Mrs Deidre Gerber is an experienced Senior Information Librarian at Nelson Mandela University Library, with an impressive career spanning over 26 years. She supports researchers, faculty members, and students in their pursuit of knowledge and has a Bachelor of BiBL (Hons) degree.

Background: EndNote is a reference management software developed by Clarivate Analytics. It is designed to help researchers, scholars, and students organize, store, and manage references, citations, and bibliographies.

With EndNote, users can create a personalized library of references, including journal articles, books, conference proceedings, and more. The software allows users to import references from various sources, such as online databases, library catalogues, and websites. It supports a wide range of citation styles, making it easy to format references and citations according to specific guidelines.
